I have been struggling a lot since March 2016 in my job and not getting success and deserving position. I know this period is of mercury till Dec 2018 and will not be good for me, since I tried to switch the job but no success.
Starting JAN 2019 till DEC 2019 will be period of Ketu and Ketu is in 11th House of my lagna chart. How this period will be for my career?
Also after DEC 2019 there will SUN mahadasha. How this will be for my Career?

As correctly pointed, Me is definitely a problem being in 8th house but also because its a lagna of D-10 (divisional chart for professions) and also lord of D-10 (when counted from Mahadasha Lord Ve).
Also, planets(Me) being in scorpio adds other problems as scorpio signifies natural 8th house.
Generally if kundali has sun and moon strong, all these small inflictions are taken care of.
Your moon is heavily afflicted (being in 8th and debilitated too) and will suggest you to do some remedies there as well to make your kundali stronger.
Your Ketu-Ketu dasha may be little better as I see although I dont see huge differences. Jupiter aspect on Ke may definitely turn u towards charity etc. Ketu does give obstructions but dont see huge issues either.
For Sun Mahadasha, your 10L is mercury again and sitting in 12th from Sun (also in D10). I see some issues with the job (worst case loss of job as well).
Again, not everything is governed by vimshottri dasha's. Transit also plays their part. The whole idea is to stay cautious and be on top of ur job.

But what about sun in the 9th House which is house of bhagaya. Will sun mahadasha even worst than venus mahadash.?
