Moon reprsents the strength of the nth bhava as we go round in circles, counting from the last place where we stop, always n steps.
So 11th is 6 steps from the 6th, and 6th is 6 steps from the Lagna. 6 steps from the 11th is the 4th. As we count awat, the 6th effects get lesser and lesser. The Moon is the karaka for this waxing and waning in strength.
This means the 1st bhava has the least 6th house effects. How we deal with 6th house issues, all rest entirely up to you.

During August 2015 last week, had a Annal fissure surgery (Saturn in Scorpio). During August 1988 when Saturn was in Scorpio 30 yrs back, had the same Annal surgery.
2-19-3-2018 to 10-7-2018 --- Absolutely no change in either Career or Health. Just normal routine.

Sorry Divinity for the delayed response. It did happen in 1993 during Jupiter MD. I was supposed to get a special promotion recommended by my management, but the top management restricted promotions only to 1 instead of 3 from my Dept. But it was not jealous or anything. It was simply a Top management policy. I do multiple tasks at a time and hence the jealousy among colleagues is always there. But I take this as common thing in any organization and I do not change because some one is feeling bad or good about me.
So Caliber, I would say that there may be some jealousy amongst your colleagues about your work perogatives, redulting in you being passed over for promotion by your bosses - 11th is the 2nd to the 10th which stand for promotion.

After 1993, I have changed several jobs, companies and a country. In my present job, there will be no promotions and no demotions. I wanted to retire end of 2016 and did resign to the company I was working then, but due to demonitization of Indian currency and fall of real estate, had to take another job. I now want to retire in another 6-8 years.

I am going through 11th Lord Jupiter mahadasha. Dasha has not been good from career and prosperity perspective as I lost my job in Jan this year during Saturn antardasha. Saturn is also in 11th house pisces while Jupiter retrograde in 3rd house Cancer. In Saturn bhukti I also got health issues with my bones which were not there before.

Saturn is also in 11th house pisces while Jupiter retrograde in 3rd house Cancer. In Saturn bhukti I also got health issues with my bones which were not there before.
