For past few months professional life is not satisfactory , things mostly going against me due to unsupportive collegues and troubled health.
Can somebody please advice me if this is the good time for job change or starting something on my own.

Per details, you are Scorpio lagna and Taurus moon sign.

I think you should see some changes once Me antardasha will be over in Aug. Although next Ketu dasha may not be very fruitful either but it may be better as impact of 8th house will not be there.
