Lonely and Hopeless

My birthday details are:
May 7 1991

I am extremely lonely, and unhappy and feel hopeless about my life. Have tried to out in effort in improving my health, mind, personality,work etc but still never get desired results. I have never had a relationship ever and feel lonely too. Career wise also I was very bright with high potential but have not lived up to it I feel. My last Rahu Dasha was terrible but since Jan, 2017 I have seen positive changes in myself...I am doing my best to be patient but somehow feel lost and hopeless still.

I want to know:
1. I have been in and out of depression though doing better this month onwards. What will my mental health be like in the future
2. When will I meet someone for a relationship. And also will I ever get married? My present life status makes me feel like I have zero luck in area of relationships and marriage and don't think I will ever be blessed in this regard
3. Career wise, I was a high achiever as a child and even did well in college. But have not been able to translate that into success yet in my career. Is there any hope in the future. People have told me that I should change careers and job, but I feel content doing my present work, though not happy with the fruits it brings me.

I am currently in the legal field, and also write on the side on legal, current affairs as well as non-legal issues. Do you think I have a future?

Also, my mother, based on an astrologers advice had gotten me to wear a yellow sapphire along with red coral. It has been a about a month. In your opinion, is that alright. My experience wearing them thus far has been good especially for mental health, but then again it has been only a month. Do you think I should wear a gemstone for moon in addition?

Dear Fortune teller

what if a planet is a yogakaraka or a lagnesha and is placed in dusthana, can one still wear that planet's gemstone to strengthen the planet?
Because usually gems of planets of dusthana are avoided is that correct?

And what if a yogakaraka is debilitated but not placed in a dusthana, can you wear a gem to strengthen that?

Casted the chart with the tob given and it is pisces lagna. With slight change in tob the lagna changes . presuming your tob is correct .since moon is with sat it makes you very gloomy in nature .sun is aries makes you suspect in all people .you are having good intelligence , average memory,gives values to ethics ,might be daring and dashing . marriage might occur after 2019 june.have you faced any stress or any problems during the period SEP 2009 to Nov 2011

Hello, yes the period between Sept 2009 and Nov 2011 was not easy at all. In September 2009, I moved out of home to go to college. Thereafter I had my first heartbreak, which led me to my first hours of depression.i lose all my self confidence and esteem. I because addicted to cigarettes and marijuana and would binge drink. Initially I excelled in studies but slowly started losing focus. Though I finished well at the end of my give years in college, I knew that I was capable of better. All in all I feel that I still struggle with the problems that began during that period. I now don't drink except socially. And gave up marijuana in December2017. I have now more or less given up cigarettes too.
