Civil services 2018

Hello everyone

I appeared for the Prelims of CSE 2018 (2nd attempt, couldn't clear prelims 2017) and the results are yet to be published.

I have a newly developed interest in astrology and possess limited knowledge (only basics).

Could someone be kind enough to read my chart and share their insights regarding my selection in the civil services, an opportune time, any remedies to help qualify with a good rank (I am wearing a diamond, ruby, zircon and white pearl), relevant details and suggest me beginner level books on Vedic astrology?

Sir,
Is this period supposed to coincide with the declaration of the results?
Because the period mentioned is of 4 months and the exam is a year long process divided in three stages.
