Gender : Male
Ascendant : Capricorn

SUN Madasha : 2020 to 2026.

SUN is in LEO in 8th house with mercury aspected by Jupiter (from 2nd house) and Saturn (from 11th house).

Navamsa Chart : SUN is in LEO in 12th house aspected by Moon (from 6th house).

What are the effects on the native of this placement of sun? Will it be beneficial or harmful? Is this a Vipareet Rajyoga:?:

Sun is neutral for Makar Lagna. Vargottam and possibly in Simhasanamsa but slightly weak in Ashtakavarga. Blessed by Jupiter's aspect but blemished by Saturn's aspect. Ignore the VRY. Probably good for long life and health. Overall it must be a not so troublesome Dasha. Probably above average. But relatively speaking, not better than Venus dasha. How was your Ketu dasha and Venus Dasha. Could you give me some of your experiences? Also how was Rahu Bhukti in Venus Dasha?

Ketu Dasha: As far as i remember, it was a very good dasha. Had a great school and family life.

Venus Dasha: There was a significant turnaround during the start of Venus Dasha. Had to enroll into a new school due to some family issues. Also started suffering from asthama from 2002.
There were break in education several times.

Rahu Bhukti in Venus Dasha (2007-2010) was a great one, was a topper in the final year and had a great social life.

Jupiter Bhukti in Venus Dasha (2010-2013) was also good professionally but family suffered a lot in that phase. After completeing MBA got the job in the reputed MNC firm in 2011.

Saturn bhukti in Venus Dasha (2013-2016) was the worst, lost the job in the start of year 2013 and not able to find the job until now. My family issues affected my professional life to a greater extent.
Also had a break up in the year 2014 due to false allegations by in laws which affected the family reputation badly. Those were the worst years of my entire life.

Now currently going through Venus mahadasha and mercury antardasha which also seems to be really bad both personally as well as professionally.

So just want to know how will be my Sun Mahadasha in 2020-2026. How will be professional life as well as the married life?

Any suggestions would help a lot!

Hi

You have Malaviya Yoga in your chart as exalted Venus in Kendra and it's own house. It is in 10t house of profession which is good.

Sun in 8th means you'll be interested in occult and mystical things even astrology. Sun brightens up the things of that house which is also its own house. Together with Mercury it'll give great intellect and communication and leadership like post. Also Mercury second from moon which is giving sunapha yog makes you more intellectual. And Mercury also giving viparita raja yoga (6th lord in 8th). So something sudden might happen in Mercury Antardasha of Sun Mahadasha. You may even gain from someone else's loss. Also sun may give you eye problems in its dasha and reduces the lifespan in 8th but it's good that Jupiter is looking at it.

Sun is looking at 2nd house where Jupiter is retrograde. Retrograde planets are powerful and unpredictable. But Jupiter is giving its drishti to sun and Mercury which is good. Your sun has good shadbala

But Saturn is giving its drishti to sun and Mercury. So, you'll have to chant Hanuman chalisa and pray to Hanuman to help you during sun dasha. Also your saturn has more sahdbala than Jupiter or Mercury so definitely you'll need hanumsn's help to tame Saturn.


Other thing is your 9th house has Ketu which is good for spirituality and you may for instance get foreign offers in Ketu Antardasha of sun but you may not be interested to take it up and renounce worldly things.



Time from mid 2022-mid 2023 will be good
2023-early 2024 challenging
Early 2024 - end of 2024 will be good and kinda unexpected
2024-2025 spiritual and so hardships will be there to make you let go of worldly things
Mid 2025 - mid 2026 will be good

Saturn Venus period is enigmatic though they are great friends. I'm sure it would have been at least 30% good despite the challenges?
