My cousin experiencing inordinate delay in getting alliance since last 3 yrs and almost lost hope.. He was told that his marriage was on cards multiple times which all not materialized yet. Request your help to see the reason for not getting alliance and when he will get married.

His lagna is Kumbha and rasi is Gemini. Venus and Mars are vargottama so strong. His lagna has 4 planets sitting which means he will have struggles throughout his life which will help him grow. Kumbha lagna is owned by sani and things happen slow for them as sani is slow planet but whatever happens will be long lasting.
He is going through saturn dasa which is lagna lord dasa, Venus bhukti is best time to be married after Aug 2018. Marriage will surely be fruitful as venus is seeing the 7th house and 7th lord sun is also seeing 7th house and jup is also seeing 7th house. Venus is yogakaraka so surely he will give him marriage and children.
