Hi Rajk, Jupiter is weakened by being combust, and maybe even more so than usual because the combustion is from debilitated Sun. There is an idea that close conjunctions with debilitated malefics tend to be even more harmful than conjunctions with malefics who have some strength. In the case of Libra Sun conjunct/combusting Jupiter, Jupiter may be lacking in confidence since Sun signifies confidence and is debilitated in Libra. That could have especially difficult effects on Jupiter's houses, the 2nd and 5th.
On the other hand, Sun should benefit from the close conjunction with a benefic. Also, Sun is alright as a good house ruler (the 10th) debilitated in a trik/dusthana house and so it should give good results for 10th house affairs.
Sun is also involved with a benefic sarala yoga of 8th ruler Mercury in the 12th house.
And its debility is compensated for by three cancellations- Venus angular to both lagna and Moon, Mars as Sun's exaltation ruler aspecting from the 6th house.
From what I understand, shakata yoga is cancelled only if Jupiter is angular so it does apply but at the same time there is the adhi yoga which can compensate for it. The adhi yoga, however, is itself weakened a bit by Jupiter being combust.
One interpretation of retrograde planets is that the houses they rule do not develop smoothly since their ruler is moving backwards. I've also read that retrograde planets become more powerful at an internal level but that that doesn't necessarily translate into real world effects.
Lakshmi yoga is formed by Moon and Mars. Kubera tulya raja yoga is also formed by Moon exalted in the 7th house. Both can indicate wealth, prosperity and good fortune.
