No marriage Yoga in both Rasi and Navamsa

Does my chart promise any marriage? Both Navamsa and Rasi seems to deny it...

Hi your rasi is Scorpio and lagna is Capricorn. Lagna lord Sani is sitting owns his house which is very good as it will give a good life overall and protect you.

Venus is exalted, Sani in own house, Moon is debilitated. Regarding marriage, it is tough. 7th house lord moon is debiliated and with ragu. 7th house lord is powerless to hold the house and on top of it its with ragu who breaks it. Sani is aspecting 7th house which will cause misery, Venus and Jupiter are looking at each other at 180 deg which is bad as they will stop each other from giving their karaka gift. There will be marriage but it will be stressful. Only way is to strengthen your Lagna Lord who is like your life guide. Your Lagna lord is Saturn, so donating to handicapped people, poor people, wearing black clothes and praying to Kala Bairavar who is Saturn's Guru and avatar of Shiva will reduce the intensity a lot.

I read from ancient texts, vedic astrology works for people born in India ONLY as the sun rising and setting and lagna etc is not valid in foreign countries where sun set and rise might vary highly due to climatic conditions, since you are born in foreign land, these dont even apply to you. Hi a7x, not to worry, your chart does indicate marriage, and a stable one at that. You need to get more practical though in terms of your expectations - that Moon + Rahu can make you a dreamy character sometimes out of touch with reality, and also given to anger issues.
