Career troubles

I have lurked for a while on the forums, trying to learn to read my chart. Finally making this post to ask for more help in doing that. From what I understand both my Jupiter and Saturn are "beneficial", and Mercury and Moon are natural malefics. Lord of 10th in D1 is exalted in D10. It feels like I have some good placements, and I have been "lucky" because my family is well off and I have not had to do any work, but on the other hand my career has failed to start at all. I have been confused about what it is I actually want to do. So my decision making has been weak. Plus the few decisions I made they did not work out. I am not married, will turn 32 soon and don't have a career. I don't care about marriage, but I do want to do some useful work now, feel good about myself. I'm curious about what more experiences people here can see or interpret in the chart, it will be helpful to know different opinions. Thank you in advance.

2. I am running Rahu-Saturn antardasha until 2019 I think, how do the transits affect my career starting this month?
