how the low astakavarga point in lagna of a chart impacts native.it is said that low ashtakavarga points in the lagna of a chart makes the native less egoistic. it also indicates that the native will have bad physical health.how far that is true.is there are any other ways to check the physical strength of the native apart from this.i have a chart in which the astakavagra of lagna is 22 points. what inference can we derive from this.kindly guide.

I dont think astavarga points in lagna is directly connected with ego. It cannot be since I have 46 points and I am not egoistic for sure. I have some minimum ego but much much lesser than what others with my qualifications have.
The first house, the lagna represents everything about the individual like fame, atmabal, determination, health, profession, independent type and so on and together they would contribute to the astavarga. Also may be whatever happens in life for him would be due to his own deeds, good or bad and the consequences faced ie he may have to take care of everything in his life-education, employment, marriage, house construction or flat purchase, health issues and so on. If he goes wrong, he suffers, if he does well, he enjoys. doing he does independently and suffering or enjoyment also he has it individually.
22 points may mean health is average or it may even mean a person with less self confidence and low atmabal or less fame and so on. There are somany attributes to each house and one cannot conclude that anyone is weak or any one is strong. For eg. 46 points cannot mean I am very famous or I am physically very strong or am very egoistic. I would definitely have some of the strong attributes associated with the lagna may be atmabal and so on.

thanks for the observation. the person i am referring to has a good health but is lacking in self confidence.he quite wealthy but is a introvert which creates problems in his life.so can you suggest some astrological remedy to strengthen his confidence.

See, as I said, one house may signify so many things and if some of them are deeply affected too the values can go low. See for eg:
95, 95, 89, 91, 100 and 10 are the marks scored by X in english, hindi, physc, chem, math and computer science.
It totals to 480 out of 600. It is 80%. Would you say he is poor in studies? If u just know about percentage, u may say he is good at studies overall but when u take individual subjects, it is com science in which he is very poor. If in school, they may even fail him overall and make him sit in the same class for one more year. Similarly, one of them could be so bad that it contibutes towards low value in astavarga. Of course, here the value shows in the average astavarga unlike in the class but then even with high astavarga points, it is possible that some of them are too strong and some are average and one or two very weak, then the average can still work out to be too high. Then you have to decide from the horoscope which could be strong and which weak?
Self confidence means he is not bold enough too. He does have some sort of inferiority complex.
So see you have to take fiery and bold planets like sun and mars and strengthen them.
If he chants Aditya hridayam on all days, esp sundays and Hanuman chalisa on all days or atleast tuesdays, he would gain in self confidence but he has to do it continuoulsy and should not look for effects after one or two months.
Sun is a planet who likes to be a leader all the time. Mars is a planet who has guts to call spade a spade. So strengthening these two would help a lot.

Could you share AV score of 7th H ?
With Lagna being 46 which is exceptionally high, I would like to see diff between 1 and 7th H ?
I have observed folks having huge difference between these two house tend to struggle with married life-----one partner dominates or tries to dominate the others ?
Could you share some more light on this, if you are comfortable sharing details.
