If so, how you measure it astrologically.
I am getting delayed with all my projects. I am facing unexpected obstacles. Can anyone say here, how will be my financial prospects in future.

Depends on how you see it. Definition of rich or poor may vary.
Yes I understand the perception of rich and poor may vary. But my question is clearly from materialistic point of view; not philosophical point of view.
Also I am looking forward to my future prospect of wealth, as I am right now facing obstacles in every aspect of money making.
