Clarification on doubt Transit Marriage and other event ( When it doesn't occur for a particular year )

Hi All,

Looking for insights from learned astrologer . Thanks in Advance .

Astrologer state double transit will reflect on marriage and child . Coming years we find no common aspect on one particular house . Does that mean Marriage /child Birth / other event cant happen . How to interpret this senario .

As per Parashra -
Year -2018 Jupiter is Scorpio and Saturn in Sagittarius
Aspect of Jupiter will be on Scorpio , Pisces ,Taurus , Cancer
Aspect of Saturn will be on Sagittarius , Aquarius , Gemini and Virgo

Jamini Aspect
Jupiter - Scorpio , Aries , Leo , Capricon
Saturn - Sagittarius , Virgo , Pisces and Gemini

I'm no astrologer, but I have read that double transit doesn't just include houses, it also includes lords of relevant houses. So, Saturn and Jupiter may not be aspecting any common houses. But, if Saturn is aspecting the 7th house/1st house and Jupiter is aspecting 7th Lord/1st Lord or vice versa, it is also considered a double transit for marriage.

Do you mean when Saturn aspect 7th house and Jupiter aspects 7th Lord it's considered double transit .

I mean to say Saturn and Jupiter suspecting related to 7th house. Saturn on 7th house and Jupiter on 7th Lord .
