What do you mean by bad career phase? Have you been sacked?

1-chart indicating less planning skills & slow working nature, less decisive nature but you area good finisher of the allotted works.Management sees all these points and assess the employee's potentials to raise their salary and other incentives,increments like things.
2-one may have confidence on their skills and hard work but managements have their own parameters to judge a persons work.saturn in 2nd house and ketu in 2nd to jupiter denoting low pay always.If you quit this job and join somewhere else also,the situation won't change.This is your god.s written destiny.so don't be discouraged.
