From what I can see
a) Marriage is indicated in the chart. Between 31/12/2019 and 4/2/20...probably January 2020. It is likely to be arranged marriage.
Birth of a child after September 2020,,, soon after.
b) He will older than you. Profession is likely to be medical i.e doctor/surgeon. Reasonably well off.
c) Yes it is possible to look at father's health from your chart. Many good techniques from DevaKeralam or Chandrakalanadi.

Regarding your father. There may be setbacks to health around 30th Dec 2024 causing lot of fear and mental stress to all in his immediate family. Major evil is likely to affect him 5 years later in Dec 2029. Could be related to his heart.

Also on 20th March 2024, father may suffer ill health, which is when Saturn transits the fourth pada of Satabisha at 18 deg 7 min.

It is near impossible to time the marriage. The possible periods alone
can be indicated and the same time the possible period can go without
marriage.
I can keep on repeating predictions that you will get married say within a year
every time you ask and when it really happens one fine day, i can feel proud that
my prediction has come true.
One can give reasons and postmortem after an event has happened in life.
But certainly exact predictions are rare.
