How to judge a education of a person and whether he/she will get that education in n homeland or foreign land

Joyd, what if 4th, 9th and 12th lords are all weak? Or 4th lord combust, 9th lord strong, 12th weak...?? We haven't even seen 5th lord yet. Both situations possible for Cancer, Leo ascendants among others. Again, there can be 1000 combinations that will invalidate these one-off rules.

Indian astros really do a disservice quoting dicta that haven't been tested on even 100 -- let alone 10,000 charts. Each chart is unique, its analysis and results even more so. 95% of the time, 80% of all astrological rules only work on less than 20% of charts. Try solving that.

if you are not added the 5th lord in your education analysis,its of no use of such blind analysis.5th lord is memory,sharpness,luck factor.By simply quoting your version not of no use.This is the 100% tested technique given by v.p.Goel and k.n. Rao ji in their books.Tell me and explain what is the use of 9th lords strongness in educational matters?

First throw your answer on strong 9th lord point.After that only i will give my answer on strong 9th lord.

Don't we also check Jupiter and 9H/9L for higher learning ( especially for a Masters or PHD ) ?

Strong 9th lord usually means higher education (MS, PHD) etc in foreign country. Of course it only if other chart factors are also supporting.

In my example, for LEO ascendant - Mars rules 4th and 9th houses, and if Mars is weak, then basic, higher secondary, and even college education can go for a toss forget about post-graduate study.

My point is simple - generalized rules NEVER work. You must see each chart uniquely, and individually. That is the only way out no shot cuts. Plenty of charts where great yogas was promised nothing great happened. Which is when you know that novice a astro made complete fool out of the native.
