Still struggling to get my post-graduation seat in medicine

Please look into my horoscope amd tell me when i can i get P.G seat.
My astrologist said that i have ashtalakshmi yoga if so, why am i still sturggling.

I finished MBBS. Now, i'm in U.S.
i'll be applying for residency(Post-graduation) in Internal medicine in USA. They will call for interviews from september 15 2017 onwards and the process ends by 15 march 2018 and if i get selected my course starts from june 2018 onwards.
What are my chances?

The reason for struggle in career is weak Mercury in the chart (Mercury is lord of your 10th house of career is placed in 12th house Scorpio in sign of enemy Mars, and afflicted by ketu and saturn).
