When is my job change, very frustrated in current job?

Hello Gurujans,

I am very frustrated in my current job, working here for more than 4 yrs but there is not growth in past and in future as well there isn't seems to be any respite. Can you please help me in understanding, when is my next career move or job change? I have applied at many places, but I am not getting any calls from anywhere. My details are as follows:

DOB: 25-03-1976
TOB: 03:33 am
POB: Sindri (Jharkhand)
