1 from 2021 to 2023 seems good for marriage..
2 your wife will be beautiful in looks.. Good natured..she will be from a wealthy family with good Education..
3 7th lord in the 9th is good but is with 6th lord.. Aspected by 8th lord..also mars aspects the 7th house from 12th..and retro jup from lagna
From moon lagna.. 7th lord sun in the 6th aspected by sat is not good.. But two benefics in the 7th house is the good thing...
Your married life will have some misunderstandings with your wife..Some tension in married life is visible..you should avoid argument with her..
