I am not getting success growing up in my career. I have tried all means but anyhow things are not turning up right for me. One way or other obstracle are created in life. Please tell me the right way where I should persue.
1) Through Business
2) Through Job
3) Through Higher Studies

I am an IT Professional. Started my Career on 26-Dec-2006 and have joined another company on 24-Mar-2008. Have been in the same company for more than 9 years.

Hi

1. Prepared for GMAT, No success
2. Interviewed for companies, Got Rejected in few companies, selected in few but companies not ready to pay money.
3. Was working on Starting Business, Partner has some family health issue. So Business plan seems to be going in vain.
4. No raise in Salary for more than 3 years.

Seems I am stuck in my place and whatever I am trying is not getting me any where. I want to know the area where I should focus on and when will I start getting the results.

1. Taken GMAT during Jun-July 2015.
2. Taken Interview for new Job from Nov 2016 to March 2017.
3. Now working on Business Idea and there are issues with the health of my Partner's Mom.

Yeah, things have started turning against me from Jan 2011.

1. I think you gave your GMAT in July 2015. And it didn't quite pan out.
2. You were deliberately willing to change your job so you did try a lot during Nov 16 to Mar 17.
What is happening with you is that you are thinking things a lot and not reaching a solution. What you need to do is be committed to persevere in one field of work which undoubtedly and generally does yield good results( for people who have skills like you),do you agree. Please feel free to disagree if you do. And did you get married in 2011?

Yes, I gave GMAT on 15-July and score was not as per my expectation. I got married on 24-June-2012.

I agree that if I have a focus on one field then I will be able to do better, but if after putting all efforts in the field I am not able to find any results then I would have to start exploring other areas. I have not been growing in career at all.

As of now I am putting effort in manufacturing Business Plan, Shall I continue be patient and expect it to be started ? Is the time still not good for me or something else ? Whether I can grow in Business ?

Hi, you can grow in both the fields and your birth chart is excellent for both. The time until your 36th birthday i.e.
2/2/2019 is governed by number 8 which will be a little unsatisfactory as you are feeling, in my opinion you could put your efforts in research and analysis of the business if you are planning for an investment without quitting your job. The best way is to remove your attachment from the outcome ( which you constantly repeat in your mind " to grow") and enjoy playing the game of life. After the date I mentioned you will be all set as you wish to start anything new or to stay with what you are doing now. So, decide wisely and never loose patience, sometimes just focusing one side of life blurrs its other aspects like spending quality time with friends and family, improving health and happiness, doing a hobby etc. I know you already have knowledge of this and will do the needful.
