Job change. Please help!

Hello Respected Astrologers,

I completed my Engineering in Electronics field in 2011. After that I did my post-graduation (MBA) in Operations Management which finished in 2013. I'm currently working since the past 3.5 years in IT/KPO companies.

Can you please let me know, when can I move onto another job (and in which field?) since I'm not satisfied with my current one.
