Hi, luck factor is good. But when it comes to career there will be constant changes in jobs due to the placement of moon . Next year second half there could be some good luck with regards to income.

together (8th House), Mars and Mercury together (9th House), Saturn and North Node (Rahu) together
(6th House), Jupiter in 11th House, obviously Ketu in 12th House.
