What is doctors saying about his health?
He is suffering from acute gastro entititis due to which stomach pain lasts for about ten days. once again within two months he again gets stomach pain. He is also having Angina and several blocks in heart. I am more worried about his heart problem.

you should get a proper determination of heart blockage and an appropriate angioplasty or surgery
situation can get worse after Sep 2017 if you so not take medical actions now
You need medical intervention primarily now...and astrology can only be a secondary suport once appropriate medical treatment starts

It looks as though there is an error in the birth time. It should be earlier by around 10 minutes for the events mentioned in your post to tally with the chart.
1.Was there any important event connected with his profession during his fortieth year (1985-86) or the 52nd year (1997-98)?
2. Did he marry between the ages 19-22?
3. Was any child born during 1968-69?
In any case, the current dasa lord is weak, his nakshatra lord and dispositor are also weak. Affliction by Mars, Saturn and Ketu also exists. Is he under regular medical care?
A shanti for Sun may be performed and he can recite Aditya Hridaya stotra daily.
