There is a lot of information out there about Mrityu Bhaga degrees and planets in Mrityu Bhaga.

However I haven't read any texts as to what it means exactly. What does it mean if Lagna is in Mrityu bhaga?

It means health problems. It may be general or severe; that depends upon other factors.
