there's a legal out-of-court settlement trial coming my way that would help me tremendously if I would "win" it. Can somebody kindly look at my chart to see the chances and outcome? The problems have been accumulating over the past (especially during Venus Antardasha). Please help!

Could somebody kindly look at my transits to see possible outcomes for out-of-court agreement attempts?
I have a hard time interpreting the transits. I guess Saturn moving into Sagittarius might mark a change and is beneficial..?! I'm also about to enter Sun Antradasha with a Nakshatra exchange between Sun and Rahu.. Can anybody help?

I was wondering when would you have entered into a litigation situation. To me it should have been with the involvement of Ketu in Sub period?

There is no reason for the case to go against you. The current and immediate future periods only point to a "win".
It's been a very long, slow case that began turning sour during Moon-Venus-Venus, however, as you said, problems were starting to form during Moon-Ketu already. The case will soon go through a legal agreement procedure. That sounds very good that prospects look so positive to me. It would, in fact, turn my whole life around. I was wondering, does it have to do with the Vipreet Raja Yoga that forms in my chart? I had astrologers in the past who told me that some combination in my chart means success over enemies and gains/advantages through enemies or bad situations. Not sure if I remember this right. I'm curious, what points to your conclusion? I always want to learn

Various methods are available in astrology which if followed properly would lead to almost similar conclusion. Be it interpreting Yogas in the chart or any other method. I look at signification of planet w.rt houses it owns and occupies and the star and sub it is posited in. Dasa lords operating during any given time deliver the results according to their significance. Till the time you can avoid timing of settlement in Ketu sub-sub, the outcome should mostly be favourable to you during current period of Moon-Sun till April 2017 and even beyond during Mars MD. Avoid Ketu sub-subs if you can.
I don't think it will be settled by this year, it will probably transfer into January or February of 2017.
Sgoswami, do you see things generally improving next year? Times since 2014 have been hell, I'm not even finding words to describe it.. I only know that Ashtama Shani is going on and that that could be a severe testing period. But I wonder if there's light at the end of the tunnel...

The way you have explained above about extremely bad time since 2014 till date is quiet long and does not co-relate with the horoscope made as per the time of birth mentioned by you. Can you re-check the birth details you have provided.
I can see a problematic period from Mid 2014 to Early 2015. But beyond that things should have worked out better with short periods of problems thrown in between.
The current period from Nov 2016 onwards should have provided lot of relief if the birth time is as given by you.

Really bad times were in November 2014, then again in June/July 2015. Things went up and down in 2016 with some really bad but shorter periods and, really, as you said calmed down since Nov 2016. This month of Dec has, so far, provided relief of mental tension to a great deal. I feel like Ashtama Shani (or some other transits) have made it more difficult for me to deal with a lot of things, my mood was going up and down all the time and I felt lots of anxiety that I normally didn't.
