I recently got to know that I am suffering from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which is very critical is it possible I will be cured when Saturn moves to Sagittarius?

You could have felt the pain , probably from the second week of January this year.
This is likely to continue for some more months and as you said atleast till the
completion of janma transit of saturn.
