Begineer Opinion,expert to comment ON :
As per preliminary inspection,5th Lord is Saturn is with Jup(Natural Enemy) in 2H but this does'nt denies progeny as in Navamsa Saturn is exalted in 5th.Also 5th from the 5th in Navamsa has Mar/Rahu.This confirms girl child with intial difficulties.
Saptamsa and Bija Power are to be studied in deep to reinforce this.

The sperm count and its longevity should be weak. You may pl go in for a medical check up.
Try to strengthen the sperm through medicines and then use IVF.
