In yoga, Sun Salutation is having an important part.

Though I am in Saturn Maha Dasha, is it okay to practice or teach Sun Salutations with mantras praying to Sun as I heard that Sun and Saturn are like enemies, will it affect me negatively ?

In what way planets are enemies or friends, is it only symbolic ?

All grahas are forms of the One all- pervasive Vishnu͵ according to texts.

I am doing Sun Salutations in Sat period. I find it very effective. It helps me maintain a positive attitude in all situations.

In the texts͵ if you see the standard predictions of results for various antardashas in Sat dasha͵ you might come across “problems caused by the ruler͵ Government agencies“. I believe Sun salutations would help reduce these problems.

Dear Hari766 Ji.......Thank you for your kind reply.

Then why it is stated like enemy and friend planets and many predictions do based on this theory that if enemy planets aspect etc each other it will effect negatively ?

So if one pray to Sun in Saturn period, being an enemy to the Sun and you are praying to one's enemy , Saturn will not harm ?

Can anyone explain what does this enemy and friend planets really means ?

Thanks & Regards

Dear Sir
All these relationships “enemy“ “neutral“ etc are mentioned for making us understand the effects͵ ie the results given by the grahas͵ how and what kind of impact they will have on us in their respective periods.
