Question about job?

Hello, I'm new here because I'm struggling so much in my life. It's been a while since my luck is not working and I fail in everything because I do get lack of confidence, mood swings, fear, laziness, over thinking etc. Can someone please tell me if I'm going to get a new job where I can stay and be happy or there is no hope for me. I will truly appreciate your help! thank you!
