Neeraj sir, can you help me understand the concept of the 10 lord depositor in my chart.
I have a cancer ascendant and mars in my 10th lord (yogakaraka) who is weak and sitting in Taurus in the 11th house of the D1 chart, but he's exalted in capricorn navamsa in the 4th house of d9 chart.

I've observed it in many charts and found be to correct in max cases.
In your chart, 10L Mars is exalted in D-9 i.e. in Capricorn navamsa, so Sat shd have a max say in your profession: It may be choice of career, sector, working style and other traits.
Now in D-1, Sat is not only in mutual aspect with 10L Mars, Sat is also the 10L from Moon.
Hence its influence of 10L is max and it is most likely influence your profession.

Thanks Neeraj sir for your kind reply. I can now look forward to the period after June this year for an improvement on the job scene. You'd be surprised to know that I met a Nadi astrologer last year who said my 5-year long job dissatisfaction would end this year and that I would get a job I would stick to.
I am looking at my Dasamsha chart and I see Saturn's position is debilatated in Aries but he's sitting with Rahu and Sun who is exalted. I also noticed Mars is exalted in Capricorn in dasamsha and he is giving his 4th aspect to debilatated Saturn. How do I interpret that?

I consider it as Neech bhang. Sat is debi but is posited with Exalted Sun.
Moreover Sat's dispositor Mars is exalted and Mars & Sun are in mutual aspect.
So it is neech bhang. Plz share how was ur time in the AD/PD of Sat?

At age 25 - During the Sun-Saturn dasha - I had no significant event related to my career. I was in a stable job. A job which I got during my Sun-Rahu dasha.
At age 26 - During the Sun-Mercury AD and PD - I got a promotion and pay hike in my job.
Does that indicate my an issue with my birth timing?

Thank u sir for revert I have decided to take the job even if it means I have to work for rs 10000 now when at one time I was drawing 1 lack per month in a top pvt bank. Now that banking chapter is over so is my career. Now it's just a job to earn income.
Foreign connection in the sense that my friend has started importing mobile accessories from China like USB cables toughened glass etc which he sells to local shop going forward he wants you to expand this business and pitch for corporates (gifting purposes) as said earlier my job will be office admin, stock keeping despatcing items payments tracking etc etc As per my background and English speaking abilities he wants me to get involved in corporate pitching 6-7 months later when I learn the business. Now I like computers net mobiles etc etc technology field I even tried to make a career post graduation but couldn't. Hence my doubt in this field. Which Planets rule this hardware business and do I have suitable combination to be in this field. Thank u

agree it seems that there is a karmic circle which I have to complete.It was like this , i sold my house resigned from my job and moved from where in was settled for last 25 years to Mumbai in confidence that my experience will fetch me a job but I forgot to take into consideration my age factor. Bought a house but sold it few days back due to financial situation and deep debts and now moving back to city where I shifted from. Karmic circle!?

1) as said I just sold my house (I did not even live in it as it was just completed construction and I did not havebalance money to pay to builder) I sold it a loss as in was not getting a buyer initially.Now due to loan defaults and bad credit reports I will not get any loans in future even if I get a good job in future. So am I destined to live in rented house for rest of my life since whatever money ibrecieve from house sale after settlement of debts I will not have enough money to buy a single room house.There is no inheritance awaiting nor any relatives who can help.
astrologically, I have a strong Venus 4th lord(also an atmakaraka) in 9th in d1 with mars and Saturn karmas of land and house even then I don't own a house. Even in d4 I believe mars is in 4th . Hence where will that house come from if any and when(Mars major from 2019?)
2) as said in deep credit card debts which I have defaulted upon. and which I intend to settle once I receive full and final settlement within a month or two. There is a PL too which I have defaulted and they may initiate a legal case of 420 or security check deposit bounce which is jailable and non bailable offence.
hence do you see any legal action and jail for me.
Asking as 6th lord moon is troubled by 12th lord Saturn in transit.
i observed that you analyse through Jaimini also , presently i am under Virgo chara dasha which will complete in dec 2016 and Libra will start . All ups and down happened in Virgo only, is it because it is 8th from magna and its lord is mercury retro and combust.By that logic Libra dasha containing Atmakaraka should be best?
