Yogakaraka debilitated

What is the meaning of Yogakaarak Debilitated? Does it mean the person is doomed and failure in life?

The horoscope has only 1 or 2 yoga karakas per chart, so please explian how and why this is bad.

Yogkarka is always one other than the ascendant itself it is a planet which holds one trine and one quadrant house but its debilitated status will deprive away the benefits but will not cause any major problems suppose for Capricorn Venus is yogkaraka and if Venus is weak still it will give benefits to the yoga holder but with more effort and delay , for cancer lagna Mars is yogkaraka so in Mars their can never be Manglik yoga
