Dear All,
Kindly advise me on the prospects of Lagna Lord Jupiter in the the 6th house, lorded by it's enemy Venus. Lagna is Sagittarius. Would this result in the native getting defeated by enemies? Or does this indicate a constant struggle against odds in life? Or does this indicate frequent health issues?

What if the 6th Lord is debilitated? I have the 6th L Venus in Deb in Virgo in the 10th. But it's conjunct with 10th L Mercury which is in it's own house and was thinking this might cancel the debilitation also. What does this portend, vis-a-vis the LL which is already weakened due to it's being in Dusthana 6th house?
About the example you gave, your prediction was very accurate as, from childhood I had breathing issues, which has subsided somewhat in recent times.

Let me explain my experience and observation about the LL in 6 H .
Then I was 39 yrs old , a beautiful girl madly fell in love with me.
She is 15 yrs younger than me. ( during that time I was pretty handsome too ).
Why she fell in love with me ?? Her exalated Venus aspect my mars.
( sexual attraction ). Her sun and my sun mutual aspects. ( Athma's attraction ). Here neecha Saturn aspect my Uchcha saturn.
When she feels worries , my exalated saturn gives happy to her.
Her second house coincide with my 11 th house.
2 / 7 / 11 houses - one of the house if coincide with the partner's house , good combo..
Above all ,our Moon too in very good place of attraction.
My wife was not with me . I callled my wife and told her , that than you 10 times beautiful girl was madly in love with me . my wife replied whether

Muharjee completely meshed up India's foreign policy with Sri lanka .

From Jaffna India's biggest atom plant ( Kodakkulam ) is nearly 25 miles.
Many more Indian military targets.

Let me tell you in the very beginning, I am a great admirer of your analysis.
I really like the way you simplify complicated things. I have been following this thread very intently. There's one point I would like to raise to your attention and that is—you have said, "In many charts you'll most see a link between 6th and 10th - some link by aspect or exchange or conjunction etc., - Mostly would indicate a person in Service or working for somebody else." Is this generally the case? You must have seen a lot a cases like this.
But I have witnessed one thing—generally people who have stronger 6th house are prone to do a job under someone. People who have weaker 6th house and powerful 10th house are business minded—independent. Regarding Sagittarius ascendant—6th lord being in the 10th house with Mercury exalted means—a powerful 7th house connection. Do you think that it might lead the person to business than a job.
My logic is:
6th house—service—debilitated—means not good service life
if this is combined with 7th lord of business exalted and 10th lord of profession—then the person would shine in independent profession.
I may be completely wrong.

6th house =nature of service
7th house = ambition, enterprise
10th house = work that will make you significant

If you don't mind, could you please tell me about this as well? I have Rahu in the 11th house Libra, lorded by debilitated Shukra. The native is prone for mistake(in love) as you say.You didn't tell the members , has she committed any mistake with you ? I think she did as her LL is in 6th.
This can help in knowing the role of LL in 6th.

Every one says 6 lord debilitated is good. But my question is for Cancer lagna 6th lord is Jupiter and 9th lord is Jupiter. So in this case if 6th lord is debilitated then 9th lord is also debilitated. But 9th house is for luck. 6th lord debilitation indicates luck and 9th lord debilitation indicates bad luck. Expert panel for Sri Lanka will not infringe on sovereignty – Ban Ki-moon

The panel of experts being set up by the United Nations as part of an accountability process following the end of the civil war in Sri Lanka will not infringe on the country’s sovereignty, Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said Tuesday. Mr. Ban told journalists that the establishment of the panel is in line with a joint statement he issued with Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa during his visit to the country last May after Government forces defeated the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE), according to UN News Centre press release Tuesday.
The press release contained the following text:
“This joint statement contained a commitment related to ensuring an accountability process for addressing violations of international humanitarian and human rights laws,†he said in response to questions from reporters at his monthly press conference at UN Headquarters in New York.
“The panel I am establishing will advise me on the standards, benchmarks and parameters, based on international experience, that must guide any accountability process such as the one mentioned in the joint statement. Now this panel will report to me directly and not to another body.â€
Mr. Ban said a recent letter on the subject he received from the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) indicated “there is a misunderstanding on the nature and purpose†of the experts’ panel.
“I am convinced that it is well within my power as Secretary-General of the United Nations to ask such a body to furnish me with their advice of this nature. This does not in any way infringe on the sovereignty of Sri Lanka.â€
Last week the UN chief voiced concern about the lack of progress on political reconciliation, the treatment of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and the setting up of an accountability process since he reached the joint statement with Mr. Rajapaksa.
Earlier this month Mr. Ban had what he described as “a frank and honest exchange of views†by telephone with Mr. Rajapaksa, who was re-elected President in an election in late January.
Since the ballot was held the runner-up candidate, General Sarath Fonseka, has been arrested and faces trial.
B. Lynn Pascoe, the Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs, is slated to soon head to Sri Lanka for talks with senior officials in the Government.
