Compatibility Doubt based on Man's Venus and Moon

Hi Respected astrologers,

I was analysing chart of my friend who has a girlfriend and has got a proposal of marriage from his female friend whom he likes too.

The boy has moon and sun conjunction in aquarius and female friend has aquarius ascendant.
However the venus of the boy is in aries and the girlfriend had aries moon.

The boy has not made any decision yet but I had a doubt in such a case what connection is considered stronger?

I know other aspects are also necessary but I want to analyse the relationship from this point only.

I do not have the birthdatas.
I had made the note of these two points when had seen the three kundalis long time ago.
could you please explain what such a synastry means?

Also let me know if navamsa synastry is more important then the birth chart synastry in general in case of relationships.

Most of th ewebsites say that moon-venus synastry is more important then moon-ascendant synastry.
Hence the query to know if you agree with the same.

I do not want to match the horoscopes of these three people. Just need to know in General what kind of relationship can one expect with these aspects only. How will the two people in the synastry look at each other with this combination.
