Hello Jimmy,
Based on your information, You are born as Cancer ascendant, with Saturn rules your 7th house in D-1 & D-9 along with Mars in 4th makes you Manglik, delay can be seen in for Marriage.
Rahu Sub period in Operation in Moon major period till March 2017. Moon in Saggitarius but goes to 5th bhava & is placed in Moola constellation owned by Ketu, while Ketu will give results of Sun (2L), Mars (5L/10L), Venus (4L/11L) and Mercury (3L/12L). If I understand correctly, time is favorable as per transit and dasha after August this year. Saturn,7th lord is Retrograde in your chart, hence it should not cause more delay. 5L & 7L are placed together in D-1 and Venus is with Rahu, hence Possibility of Love Marriage/Inter Caste is also seen here. Jupiter in own Sign and 7th lord is exalted, hence there may be age difference but husband shall be mature person.
There is nothing wrong with Moola Constellation born, that is not your fault. It is just about people's perception how they see things.
Are you involved in any research/software/computers sector in Profession/Education ?
Do Prayers for lord Shiv Ji and Shanidev, this will definately help you.

Most of the Planets are Signifying 2,5,11 house at Planet/Nakshatra level, hence Married life shall be good. We can talk about Children etc at later stage. Meanwhile, I would recommend for Prayers to Shiv Ji and Shanidev, alternatively you can chant Shani Mantra regularly. Patience will deliver good results.

Astrology has its limitations too so as human beings, To be honest with you, I am not expert/experienced person when it comes to astrology, hence I will not be able to comment on anything which I am not sure about.
10th lord has aspect on 10th house along with Jupiter, hence Career shall be good, but Since planets are retrograde, this may bring more frustration. to you. 10H/10L has also aspect of 8L, So some up and down will always be there in Career. Since Sun is with Rahu in your chart, success may come at later stage of life when it comes to Career.
Everything is pre-destined, events will take place only at the right time. I can understand your frustration, Remedies etc. meanwhile may help you to reduce stress and get rid of difficult phase. You have to put extra effort and will be able to clear the exams in this attempt itself.
Be optimistic and do hard work.
In your BHAVA chart Sum is not with Mercury.So you should not depend in Govt: colleges only.
Possibility to seek admission in private colleges also to be explored.
