This is somewhat complicated. There will be much more feedback required. I am just giving some hints from an initial probe.


You had mentioned your son. Based on you sons details this is a bad period. The trends improve dramatically around 2022 for your son. That coincides with your Sat/Ven. He will recover and will regain his academic record and excellence. Family fortunes move in sync.

Your Jupiter / Saturn was good. At that time Jupiter had moved back to its natal position. When Jupiter and Saturn both move back to their natal positions when you are around 59/60 years old, you should be in much better circumstances with much better developments.


That is certain. This is just a bad period. You have a strong Jupiter. Don't allow depression or negative developments to cloud your judgement. Much better times are ahead.

Not that I am interested in knowing what I may be tomorrow. I will give you any feedback that you want. Yes, my mind is completely clouded due to my son's poor grades and his addiction to video games.

My birth did not coincide with any upward curve. Actually 5-6 years after me and my younger brother were born, we became very poor from upper middle class. Both me and my younger are in service. While my younger brother is well settled in his career and is kind of high upper middle class, I am kind of just upper middle class. Both love each other, but fight if we meet.

I have two very similar horoscopes with Saturn exalted in 7th house. One is a priest in a temple who got married at 24 and another is a son of a farmer who is rich but could not get married till 32.

Saturn Maha Dasa Saturn Antar Dasa in many cases results in major reverses and setbacks.
It can mark an unsuccessful bid for high office either as a Prime Ministerial, Presidential or Vice Presidential candidate. It can mark the start of a period of political prosecution after a change in regime. It could signal in some cases the start of a period of prolonged ill health.

Michael Dukkasis was born with Taurus rising with the Moon exalted in the Lagna. Saturn the lord of ninth is placed in the ninth house. Mercury and Mars the lords of the 5th and 7th are conjoined in the 7th from the Lagna as well as the Moon. Jupiter aspects the Saturn in a close orb a combination indicating a smooth career. Mike Dukakis had a very productive phase in Jupiter Dasa which lasted from June 1970 to June 1986. He had been a Governor of the State of Massachusetts, from 1975 to 1979 and from 1983. At that time he was considered a very effective and popular leader. His Saturn MD Saturn AD lasted from 7th June 1986 to 10th June 1989.

Badha means obstruction. This could be interpreted to mean impediment, obstacles, problems or hurdles.

The badhakasthana is defined as – 11th house in a horoscope for movable signs, 9th house for fixed signs and 7th house for dual signs. The lord of that house is known as the bhadhakesh.

The rules can be interpreted on many levels. Planets occupying badhaka houses or planets as lord of badhaka houses can be adverse. The results show up during the dasha/bhukti of the badhakesh.

Two examples would prove enlightening.


In the case of Sagittarius and Virgo (both dual signs) the badhakesh are Mercury and Jupiter the lords of the 7th from these dual signs. In these case Jupiter and Mercury are maraka planets also. Lal Bahadur Shashtri had Sagittarius rising, Sagittarius being a dual sign the 7th house from it Gemini is the badhaka and its lord Mercury is the badhakesh. He was the Prime Minister in Mercury Dasa and died suddenly and in unexpected circumstances (11th January 1966) in Mercury Dasa itself. In his horoscope Mercury is in the 10th house as the lord of the 10th (and 7th) and conjoined with the 9th lord Sun and the 8th lord Moon.

John Kennedy the 35th President of the United States (born on 29th May 1917 at 3.00 pm (15.00) at Brookline Massachusetts, 42N20 71W07 Timezone EST h5w. ) had Virgo rising, and Virgo being a dual sign the seventh sign from it, Pisces is the badhakasthan and Jupiter the badhakesh. Kennedy had Jupiter in the 9th house with Venus the 9th lord and Sun the 12th lord. He was the President during Jupiter Dasa and he was assassinated in Jupiter Dasa itself. (22nd November 1963).

However in the latter months he began to lose momentum and lost very badly in the elections held in November. This was also a very tense, traumatic and problematic period for him and his wife.

Saturn in the house of Mars in Scorpio with Mars in Libra in the 12th therefrom is a volatile combination and is found in the horoscopes of among others Mahatma Gandhi and Abraham Lincoln. The two planets Saturn and Mars having the special aspects on the 3rd house and the 4th houses and 8th houses, from their natal position respectively, find their rays converging on similar signs under this placement. Those having this combination in critical areas in their chart could be a witness to very volatile national or international events with their lives intertwined with it, under specific transit and directional influences ( Lincoln - the American Civil War and is aftermath and Gandhi - the freedom struggle,the Partition and the Independence of India).

The planetary influences indicate an individual more prone to introspection and reflection rather than precipitate action.

Jupiter is a strong placed in the horoscope. Jupiter Dasa was the best phase in his life. It lasted from June 1992 to June 1998. It has been observed that when Jupiter Dasa is positive the preceding Dasa of Rahu is generally adverse upto the start of the sub period of Venus. The sub period of Jupiter is usually an exception. This is of course a broad generalization.

Rahu MD Rahu AD operated from 26th June 1974 to 8th March 1977. This was a very difficult phase and coincided with the period leading to the Emergency, the Emergency itself and his incarceration for about one and a half years and his release from custody.

On 10th December 2007, the Parliamentary Board of BJP had formally announced that L. K. Advani would be its prime ministerial candidate for the general elections which was to be held held between 16th April, and 13th May 2009.


The BJP and its allies this time could only garner 159 seats down 17 seats from its disastrous 2004 performance and could only win 24.6 % of the popular vote The UPA and is allies won by a greater margin, up 44 seats from its performance in 2004 and the incumbent Prime Minister Manmohan Singh continued in office. Saturn by transit was in Leo in the Poorvaphalguni Nakshatra the same position it was in July 1979 when the Janata Party had fallen 3 decades ago, completing a full circle.

By then the BJP had lost its clout and its powerful allies had moved away and internal dissensions in the Party had sapped it of its of its vitality. Advani lacked the charisma, political acumen and the mass appeal of the former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee who had stepped down from active politics.

Following the defeat in the elections, L. K. Advani stepped down as the Leader of the of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha in December 2009, a post he had held from May 2004. This also took place during Saturn MD Saturn AD.
