Can anybody please explain if possible with an example how to calculate Vivah saham?

Venus is in Simha( leo) 11: 38: 53
Saturn is in Vruchika ( scorpio) 9:46:17
Lagna is in virgo 23:25:41

now in which house the Vivah saham will fall?

Please use "calculator" tool under 'research' option after opening the chart file. Check (tick) venus and lagna in ADD list and Saturn in Subtract list. The software will generate the longitude of the point of interest. Similar routine for other calculated 'points' (Arabian parts) of interest to you.
