How to Judge Debilitated Rahu

Hello learned members,

I am a beginner in Astrology and am stuck at a kundli having debilitated Rahu as I am unable to determine its nature in a chart due to presence of multiple factors.

In this chart Rahu is debilitated, house lord Mars is debilitated and even nakshatra lord mercury is debilitated so it should indicate bad results in terms of home life and mother in a general sense(Rahu is in 4th house) but that is not the case. I want to ask if the result will show themselves in the respective mahadashas or there are any other mitigating factors that I am unable to see.
