Hi, I have a question. If shani rules my 7th house ( cancer lagnas), will shani delay my marriage?

Though I'm not an expert, this cannot be true. It would be depend on Saturn's placement and planets occupying 7th house. For e.g. Jup in either of this lagna can aid early marriage.

Yes! I believe this to be true! Shani rules my 7th house also and I think it will delay my marriage. I just know it. hehehe Also that is what I have heard from other astrologers. There are many examples of this. Angelina Jolie is one. A person can do marry of course but most of the time it will lead to divorce or unhappy marriage. It will not delay it for a long time however. One can still marry in his/her 30s. Besides the concept of late marriage is different in various countries. In the west, marrying at late 30's is common. And I am fine with my placement. Resisting things will only make matters worst. In a way delaying of marriage is a protection also. If one marries late, say when he or she is in her 30s, she/he will be more mature in dealing with relationships.

Cancer ascendant people normally marries late and Saturn as 7th ruler is always one of the reason. However, if Saturn in good dignity and exalted with Venus is placed well. It may give marriage on time. If Transit is bad then above factors doesn't matter as transit matters the most for event such as marriage to take place. lets say everything works but current dasha of native doesn't favor event, then event will not take place.
