I am planning to buy real estate for self residence purpose (not for investment etc..).
Will i be successful ? Should i go for it or wait.
I do not have any real estate now, living in rented house.

Sir,

I have verified, builder has got tie up with couple of banks, looks like they will be able to complete it, papers also verified by an experienced legal expert all originals also verified and is confirmed as genuine project.
But will take at least 2 more years for 100% completion, i am willing to wait.
