My DOB details are below:

Sindri, Bihar, India (this place is at latitude 23 : 45 : N and longitude 86 : 42 : E)
gender: female

I have come close to getting married three times, where marriage preparations start and then it does not happen.

What is the likely hood of getting married in this life/birth. If there is any likely hood of getting married, when that may happen? And if does happen, will it be peaceful?

I have a Bsc in Physica, Maths and Computer Science. I never worked in that field. I got an MBA in India. Later I moved to USA and did an MBA again in US. I now work in Business Management field in a technology company.

Mars in the 7th, 7th lord Jupiter being the atmakaraka in a gandanta area,
saturn's hard aspect on venus appear to have played their role in keeping
the marriage at a distance.

During the possible time of marriage, say 25 - 35, the dasa of saturn,
the sixth lord was running. Lagna lord Mercury also seems to be of no help
during its dasa after saturn. The dasa of Mercury is still ON. The sub periods of
Rahu, Jupiter and Saturn are to go. Of these three, who is likely to help ?
Jupiter may. But he being the atmakaraka, will have to go through the Karma of the past.

Astrology, being discussed in this august forum is part of Hindu culture. We believe,
that we have more than one birth. we also believe that we undergo the left over of
the previous janma, which could be positive or negative.

Astrology firmly believes that the past janma has a link to the present janma.
The atma karaka or the ruler of the soul experiences more than our sareera.
Few get their souls hit and others get hit on both.

Jupiter of your chart is an indicator of soul as per a school of thought. Jupiter
is the seventh lord showing relationships, partner and husband in your case.
Being the atmakaraka, it has a specific role to play in this janma having carried
the acts of the previous janma. If jupiter as seventh lord could not bring an
event relating to its portfolio, its action is considered deliberate, taking its root
to the past janma.

Can you please give me some reference to read about grahan dosh which says Venus+Rahu leads to grahan. Also why is 3rd house a bad house? If I go by the infinite rules of astrology, almost 75% of houses are bad for some reason or the other.

In astrology there are two concepts with respect to astrology. One is shatru vara and other grahana vara. If a planet is placed in the 6th house from any graha constitutes shatru vara and the other concept goes the same way,which is if any planet is placed in the 8th house from any graha denotes grahana yoga. Compared to shatru vara grahana is very bad.

Every planet when placed in specific houses denotes marana karaka sthana. Jupiter placed in 3rd house gives that effect. As the planet is connected to 4th and 7th house both of these houses gets destroyed.

Surya mantra can be read any number of times. and yes the bulb can be turned off after 12 hours or its does not matter if it is not turned off as you would be using a less watt bulb and does not burn your pockets

How does Rahu and Venus in 5th house and 3rd from Lagna lord Mercury, constitute a grahna yoga. None of this is 8th place.
Also please explain what is the connection to Sun in all this - Sun remedy?

The basic principle is based on what is called "vaara chakra" in which
vaara planets along with rahu and ketu are placed in the order of vaara/
Rahu is placed in the 8th from Sun. It is well known that Rahu eclipses
Sun or causes grahana. This principle just extended to other grahas as
well. The order should be cyclic. This vaara chakra principle is also
used by jaimini in coining certain sutras. Irrangati Rangacharya from
Andra has written a book " jaimini sutramridam ".
