Hi, difficult to say. Mars is strong enough.....Rahus aspect cannot give such a big problem.

It could be mars being in gandanta ....Better tell the parents to do Pooja for Lord Subramanya swamy OR lord Kartikeya on Tuesdays.

If the time of birth is correct, then she will live a healthy and happy life ahead.

Good Analysis wrt. to Nakshatra Exchanges and Jupiter aspects and position.

I have couple of points to make:

- LL[Saturn] and 11L[Mars ] parivartana should ideally be creating a powerful yoga, more so since Mars is exalted in Lagna and Saturn is the Lagna lord aspecting Lagna
- Saturn is a natural malefic but is the LL and hence should NOT create problems in the horoscope. Even though its in Mars(Enemy) house, they are actually guarding each other's houses owing to parivartana yoga
- Lagna is highly fortified due to presence of Yogakaraka Venus, benefic Mercury, Exalted Mars, aspect of strong LL Saturn from 11th and aspect of strongly posited Rahu in 9th
- One of my friend also has ketu in 3rd like my neice horo and I had read somewhere that ketu in 3rd causes early surgery. He had a surgery very early in his life as well. Could this be one of the reasons as well?
- Rahu-Rahu dasha continues till apr 2017 and thereafter Rahu -Guru. She had a heart surgery already. Will the problems continue even now till Rahu-Rahu dasha ends? What about Rahu -Guru dasha?

Quite a few experienced astrologers have already commented on this chart, but here's my two cents.

For a young child, it is a good practice to check the chart via Chandra Lagna, simply because moon plays a very important role in early nourishment being symbolic of mother.

First and foremost, moon suffers from Sarpa Dosha, where there are malefics in 3 kendras. This is very troublesome, in fact more than its more famous cousin the Kala Sarpa Dosha.

It is seen that with a change of just two mins in birth time, moon comes into Mrigashira Nk rather than Ardra Nk. Further refinement in birth time can be done but for purpose of this analysis, this time will do. With this, birth happens in Mars/moon period, and moon goes into Vruschik Navamsa which is its neecha Navamsa, rather than Dhanu.

The two minutes difference places mercury in exact 64th navamsa with respect to moon. Why is this important ? Because Mercury is the depositor of Moon, plus also deposits Rahu, which is placed in 4th from moon, indicative of heart.

Also to be noted is that mars is the 64th Navamsa lord AND 22nd drekkana lord with respect to ascendent & is conjunct with mercury, the depositor of Moon. As pointed out above, Jupiter being in Mrityubhag & being in trine to ketu does not help. This chart is also indicative of another principle - when two exalted planets aspect each other, it spells trouble for the native. Here Mars and Jupiter are both exalted and aspect each other.

It is Sun that redeems the chart - it is placed in trine to its natural Leo and is exalted in Drekkana, indicate of vitality once the current issues are taken care of.

Can you please mention if in addition to the hear surgery, there are any other ailments noticed howsoever minor ? For next level of analysis and possible remedies, it will be necessary to also look at the chart of the mother.

<Adisat2002> I have checked with the hospital authorities myself once again and they have confirmed that she born on 8:35 AM and NOT 8:45 AM. I am sorry to have posted a wrong date before but this was what I had got from my brother.

<Adisat2002> I was hoping that 2 exalted planets would be fortifying any horoscope. But never knew that strong exalted planets in kendras could also spell trouble for the native while aspecting each other. What kind of other troubles could be foreseen from the horoscope apart from the health Issues already known?

<Adisat2002> isn't it still placed in the 12th house (losses). Being the ruler of heart and soul of a person, even though 8L(vipareeta Raja Yoga), doesn't it still cause Issues related to heart for her?

<Adisat2002> She had bacterial infection right from birth and was in ICU for span of 20 days twice within first 2 months of life. In the meantime a hole in her heart was detected and she required a heart surgery to correct it. Small holes heal on their own but the fact that her hole was large, it needed surgery.
