When will I get a new job?

Dear respected members

I'm struggling at workplace with my manager. I'm mentally very unhappy as my manager embarrasses me a lot in front of others. She has ruined me image even though I work so hard, this is why I'm unable to tolerate now and without blasting on her, I want to resign peacefully. I'm looking for another job. The problem is that recruiters ask for my resume and then go silent. Somehow, I'm unable to get calls to get a job.

Can anyone throw light on the time periods when I will get a new job? Any remedy you guys can provide to help me through this?
