one of my best friend is undergoing the process of divorce. He is really unhappy as his matrimony didn't survive.
He never had any affair/relationship before marriage, only that he liked one of his friend before marriage.
He had arranged marriage and he got married on 22 november 2011. The wedding got fixed in May 2010 and he courted until nov 2012. They courted for 10 months before marriage they did not meet but spoke on skype.within 6-7 months of marriage the wife left him and went to her parents place. He kept visiting his wife up until dec 2014, on and off to her parents place and he had to fight with them to allow him to meet his son as they never allowed him to meet him. All these while he was away he kept sending money every month to his wife as she wasn't working .A son was born on 18 april 2013 whilst his wife was staying with her parents. The wife has a very hot temper plus she might have some mental problems as she used to beat my friend whenever angry or shout at him or humiliate him. my friend still tolerated her and never beat her or shouted on her as he wanted this marriage to survive. His wife wrote written complaint to his employer in first 3 months of marriage and due to which his US onsite opportunity was lost( his wife is always suspicious of him that he might have a girl friend and hence he wants to go to US). she also complained in police station for harassment against him which he never did. .My friend was mentally and physically assaulted and harrased by his wife but he never waned to leave her and wants to keep this marriage. three months back his wife sent him a divorce notice and levelled several allegations against him. He still doesnt want to agree to her divorce. he is very much attached to his son and his son is only his priority now. He is not thinking of second marriage as he is unable to cope up with what he is undergoing now.
could you pls suggest/advise his fate?
1) Will his divorce still happen?
2) Will he get married again?
3) If yes, will the second marriage will be peaceful and how would be his second wife.
His details : 12 may 82, janakpur (nepal), 10.50 am
His wife details : 15 june 85, chittaurgarh (rajasthan), 11:00 am (birth time of wife is not very accurate ) but still something might match based on the events.
I will be very greatful if you could pls predict the analysis.

Unfortunately these are the real facts of the case and it's just the cliche that the indian woman is victim of domestic violence as always. However, there are also many instances were the men get abused but such things are never spoken about due to Societial pressure as a man has to be macho n is never meant to cry!
We can only emphatize and try to help the subject in such times then to judge the facts.
