1.Got offer from kuwait based company. With good package and post. Is this time good for foreign work?

The 10L Sat is aspected by 12L Jup so the foreign connection of job is visible but u shd decide whether to join or not.

2. All astrologer I consulted saying even though my finance aspect is good. Due to heavy affliction on Venus by Saturn and Rahu. I only able to marry elderly widow or other caste with loss of love:(. Yes ur husband got gud chances to get some job in next 2-3 months as the current PD is Sat (from Mar-Sept 2015) who's posited in own mool trikona sign in 10H of D-10, quite a potent time.

There is no bad time in Astrology. Rough times are for our grooming and hard time do teach lessons which are also important for life. Only after rough times we can appreciate the good times.

Your husband got gud chart with Hans Yoga, Ruchak yoga, Gaj kesari yoga, Dharam Karam Adhipati yoga among many others. Still he & you've to face tough times coz of certain lessons that you needed to learn. Whenever there's a association of 10H/L with 8L/H, it indicates break in profession or change in the line.
In ur chartL
From Lagna, 10L Sun (Govt) is posited with 8L Mer
From Moon, 10L Sat is in 8H with Sun (Govt)
In D-10, 10L Mer is in 8H

So no doubt you've his intense desire of ur own work but other indicator do not show great promises for career. So break in education is on the cards.

Our teacher Sh KN Rao says "Tula lagna, Guru Khallas" i.e. for the Libra Asc, Jup gives very bad results.
Your Jup dasha started from Feb 2011. This Jup is debi in D-10 and hence it shall be a hard time for ur career.
However we shd not consider that all 16 yrs will be bad.
I feel from Oct 2015 onwards in the AD of Mer (LL of D-10) you shd get gud results related to profession.

This is disheartening. Without being arrogant or talking in ego, I am a pretty intelligent person with a broad knowledge spanning from religion, history to sciences, but my mind never works to get academic grades.

* Could you specify what the 'break' means, does it mean I will stop studies? Because I failed one time in summer 2009. Then I failed summer 2014 (peak of my sadesati). And now results aren't better. Are there no remedies?

Thanks... Can you 'elaborate' on the career; what kind off career etc? How is my chart generally though, I feel i've been unlucky for the past many years will that change towards the future?

Jupiter in Libra is ruling two Dusthanas......but then they are both Uppachayas.

Now 3rd being 10th of the 6th, the 3rd bhava effects would predominate.

And because Jupiter is a great natural beneifc and 3rd is the house of initiatives, if Jupiter in the chart is helped by some additional factors, the person would get by through the bad period. (Mercury is somewhat in a similar position for an Aires Ascendant but Mercury is not a GREAT natural benefic).

If Jupiter is not bolstered by other factors, like in the case of River Phoenix, Jupiter cannot help.
