I am working as a software professional for the past 14 yrs. Did not have a successful or fulfilling career so far. Infact went through difficult times for most part of the career. For the past 4 years, things have been a little ok with regards to peace of mind in career but still nothing very great. Now, again career seems to be a little shaky. Future appears bleak. DO you see any break in my career in the near future?How is my career going to be in the next 3-5 years?
Please give a detailed picture of my career going forward.

Your 19 yr Sa dasha began in Jan 2008. Overall Sa dasha might show pressures, challenges, and uncertainties in career and associated upheaval in the home/environment around you. Still, you may be ok on income front.

Currently you are in the Sa/Ve dasha until Dec 2017. With Sa transiting over ascendant and 10th lord and aspecting 10th house, you can expect more hard work/long hours, but income will not suffer since Ve is exalted in the 9th house of dashamsha conjunct yogakarak Ma of the dashamsha chart. Sa/Su dasha may bring some relief between 12/2017-12/2018. Rahu's transit in the 10th house between Jan 2016-July 2017 may heighten obsession/fear, but remember it's just a perception. I was very anxiously waiting for a response.
Regarding my work/career there is one thing that always bothers me. While I come across as a bright, spontaneous high EQ individual, all the above mentioned personality traits really do not come to my rescue at the right time....Many times I feel disappointed as to why is this happening to me.....According to my expectations I could do a little better in my career(though not in terms of finances ).... but at least the position/role that I hold. What seems to be far easier for others is taking ages for me..... Like you said, my income was steadily improving but I don't think I was ever satisfied with what I was doing as " work".... Will I ever reach a top position in my career? Will I ever have a fulfilling career at least going forward? Do you see any change in my job in 2015-2017? I also intend taking few exams that would provide me with better opportunities. Do you have any suggestions regarding the period in which I have to appear for this?
Please help me with a detailed analysis.

How was the period professionally between about January 2011 and Sept 2013? Did you get any raise/promotion/bonus during this time or especially in 2011? This way we can be certain of your dashamsha. And then I can answer your questions in some detail.

BTW, you have a budhaditya yoga in the ascendant, which makes you intelligent and being placed there, you identify with your intelligence too. The combination of ascendant lord Ma, 9th lord Moon, and 12th lord Ve in its own sign gives you that EQ. Since the 10th lord Su is opposite Sa, it's kind of ego/pride opposite detachment; and being in the dasha of Sa this opposition summarizes your feeling about the lack of fulfilling career (at the same time, Sa ensures you are humble, hard working, and responsible). You may feel this more now, because Ra, signifying our obsession/desire/fear is in the 11th house of achievements and gains. Once Ra moves into your 10th house after Jan 2016 and Jp moves there later in July 2015, you may have a desire to do something new/different and there may also be a raise in compensation.

I will give you a brief background of my career.

I graduated in 1993 and got married immediately. Never had any plans to work.Never took education seriously.
Managed to do some full time course in computers in 1997. In 2000 met a cousin who was running his own enterprise and got into a job. From then until Jan 2008 worked in the same organization.While this journey was cool, did not have any clear path or growth.Then, opted for a first change in my job and moved to another organization. Here started my challenges and struggles with my Boss and team. In terms of learning it was good, but had an agonizing time with the team. Got out of this company in April 2009.Somehow managed to complete my PG also around same time. In April 2009 went back to the same company that I started my career but had to come out of the company by November 2009 after facing unpredictable challenges. From Nov 2009 - Mar 2011 spent time idle for most part of the time and handling some small consulting work. In April 2011 took up a new job.....I will say the best part of my career started in terms of learning, peace of mind, good fraternity/team/Boss and all..... The reason why I mentioned that my wits are not coming to my rescue is because it is then while I had the opportunity to showcase my strengths and intelligence , I literally could not do so..... I was acting with lot of diffidence..... and hence I got a new Boss... of course who is very good..... but this is to the other extreme.... This good Boss gave me a promotion to the next level/grade in Dec 2012( with no change in my role/designation but with a meager change in my salary). My Boss is so good that he is not challenging me at all...and I have a good team too....so again my learning curve is getting plateaued..... Presently my org is not doing well....my area of work has limited opportunities...
With all this going on in mind, I am kind of lost.....
Yes, as you mentioned in your response, I have already started thinking whether I should be thinking of other career options but I am clueless as of now.
Hence my question in the previous post regarding any break or change.... now or between 2015 -2017. This period because, I need to work for the next 2-3 years even before I think of a break.
Request you to do some more detailed analysis with the given background and suggest.

I don't see any break in career near term. You might experience some weakness in career during Sa/Mo beginning 12/2018, but that too might be very short lived. Time between now and 12/2018 is a good period for education related to career.

Regarding my DOB, my mother says that it could be 5.16 am or 5.20 am.
I can share some of the major events of my life like marriage and child birth.
All the other related to my career are mentioned in the above posts.
I got married in May 1993..... had my first daughter in December 1995....... had my second daughter in Sep 2003....
Currently my husband is working in US....He is away on job(onsite) from May 2013.

Time of birth : 16.17 hours
Place of Birth : GUNTUR; ANDHRA PRADESH; INDIA

He was a Mechanical Engineer by education. Changed into IT in 1998. 1998- 2001 was ok. Worked in US. After that he joined a first gen enterprenuer in 2001.He is also struggling hard to have a fulfilling career. He worked hard for a first generation Enterprenuer for 12 years.....finally it did not give him success or happiness or money!!
He is currently pursuing a job in US....
How is his career going to be the next few years.... now - next 5 years....
Please take time, but study in detail and do explain if he is going to have a change/break in his career anytime this year or next year.
While we both are trying to keep the few important factors of a career(success and fulfillment) aside, today it is a steady, stable job that is most important to both of us....Of course he tries to handle these by practising yoga and meditation....we also understand that all jobs are challenging at times....we are ok with it as long as existence does not become an issue.
So, kindly respond with this as a view point.

I would also state something here regarding my time of birth. My mother was mentioning that my birth time could be 5.16 am or 5.20 am. Does it really make a significant difference?
