I have given IAS exam...i want to know how are my chances to succeed in it....how is my future career ahead? as of now i am unemployed...when shall i get a good job?

Yes I appeared in mains last months...results will come in march i believe...after that interview will take place for qualified candidates....how are my chances...what proactive measures should i take to boost my chance?
