dear friends,
there is something peculiar about my husband's horoscope which i would like to discuss with u and get ur opinions on the same
he has saturn in the 4th house(which i believe is extremely bad)
he has venus in 4th too and causing malvya yoga
he has sun in the third but in an enemy's house(same in navamsa also-so becomes a vargottam planet
his 1st & 4th house lord jupiter(which is exalted in cancer) is in the 8th house and retrograde
he is having vipreet raj yoga as moon being the lord of 8th house is placed in the 6th house
his saturn mahadasa is starting from march 2010
he is facing legal issues with his brother
please explain me whether all this is going to be good or bad for him and what effects would all this have on the legal case
until now he life has been ok(lots of hard work, but rewards also, he has been a dedicated son, husband and father and is responsible person)
his B.O.D 19TH FEB 1967,03:42A.M. HYDERABAD (INDIA)

It is important to first understand for a native's chart what is malefic and which planet acts as a benefic. Saturn in 4th house depends on its lordship. In your husband's case, saturn is lord of 2nd and 3rd well placed, strong and unafflicted in the 4th house. All Saturn antardasha's will be good.

Venus as lord of income is weak due to infancy. Jupiter is weak due to placement in 8th. Disputes with brother is caused by Rahu/Ketu placement and aspects to 11th and 3rd house at close range and asc lord Jupiter in 8th and 8th lord in 6th house of disputes.

Native has a few strong benefic planets i.e Sun, Mer4cury and Saturn which help through out life.

Saturn MD and AD is starting April 2010, better period is indicated with chances of victory is disputes as Saturn beneficially aspects the 6th house of disputes.

All the best

Hi,
I think sat dasha will create more problem as sat in 4th house being 2nd and 3rd lord house of younger sibbling and family afflicted by 6th and 11th lord venus.sat is also in enemical sign in 4th house.so i feel it is not going to be very smooth dasha.
I may be wrong because i am new in astrology
thankyou

both the messages which i have received till yet are contradictory and that confuses me still further.
i would like to point out that venus though the lord of the 6th an 11th, is placed in the 4th house with its friend saturn and creates malvya yoga.
saturn, though the lord of 2nd and 3rd house is in the 4th house which is not considered very good as far as saturn's placement is concerned.
i would also like to tell that my husband has been offering oil on saturdays on the 9 grahas since more than 10 years.
would this help him.
jupiter is placed in the 8th house but is the lord of the 1st house and is exalted in its position and is not aspected by any planets.
sun though is strong in the 3rd house but is in an enemy's house i.e saturn.
please clarify further, thanks

i found your analysis very good and some of the things which you stated that the seeds were sown in feb 2007 is also quite correct.
i understand that there are some factors which are positive and others negative. i would like to know whether you think the result overall would be positive for us, negative or mixed. whether a compromise would be reached or not.
also how is saturn's mahadasa overall seem to you
