What kind of impact will this have͵ especially for people undergoing Jupiter Dasha? Also since Jupiter is aspecting Saturn͵ will the retrograding of Jupiter affect the results of Saturn too?

It depends on strength of natal Jupiter. If it is weak in natal, you could face some obstacles now.

So how do we interpret that? A strong natal Jupiter protects against retro Jupiter in transit?
Does that mean that retrograde Jupiter is malefic in it's effects? What are other aspects towards the beneficence or maleficence of a retrograde Jupiter?
