- Wud you rule out any pscychological angle ?

i would suggest again what I wrote earlier........

continue the medical treatments....it's not something serious because Mars is lagna lord and well placed in friendly 10th house or sun.......most likely some kind of stomach/ gastric / digestive ailment that are hard to pin point in routine tests

Thanks for response. Appreciated your response informing Girl has been referred to a Neuro and resultant findings
The same issued had with my doctor friend's son around 12 yrs. Looked at boy chart, Guru and Shani conjoining. Told him issue at head. Boy was done thorough check includes MRI.
MRI revealed left side of cerebrum left lobe had Congenital swelling a type of non cancerous growth. Putting pressue on CSF thereby. Dizziness, Indigestion and noon, night +1 headaches

Clinically boy was good but because of congenital issue had these probs. Boy was put on course of medications of antivertigo and antibiotics by Neuros. Boy is fine now. Doctor said it is birth defect boy has to live with it, and it is not lethal to cause death like situation

The girl has improved and is better now. Symptoms thankfully have also slowly reduced / gone away. Day-to-day activities have also resumed as before.
