From your posts I can't tell whether you are going to study in the UK or leaving UK to study somewhere else? Anyway, I know that UK authorities have had to make the laws stricter as many foreign students were going to the UK on pretext of studying since previously it was easier to get student visas, and then after entering the UK, instead of attending college they would work to earn money. A lot of bogus colleges that allowed this have been shut down and other colleges are being monitored to make sure that people on student visas have come purely for studies.

Yeah i am coming to the Uk itself and previously I have studied there as well. Another thing is that since my course was a pre bachelors one, we were prohibited to work part time.

For Taurus Moon sign, even without Saturn aspecting natal Sun, Scorpio Saturn is not benefic and may cause problems in personal and professional life and domestic environment.

Since second fortnight of July time has gone a little bad..as I had mentioned I was negotiating a complex deal which looked like closing after lot of negotiations...but at the last minute it seems it has gone sour and might be delayed by couple of months or might even drop out...the next round of negotiations will happen in first week of sept and I am curious to know if it will improve.
Day to day routine work and target achievements is at an all time high and we are doing fantastic there..so it has been a mixed bag,....the strategic thing has got delayed ( where there is involvement of foreign partners) while the routine continues to do well.
In terms of increment - did got a raise but approximately 50% of what should have been there ( 14th August))...though my global head has promised something big by end of the year to compensate for it...
So all in all the cup has been half full since 15th July..with things not closing out..though with a hope that they will be in the future ...

On career front it has been very frustrating beginning April. Lot of setbacks in business and unfortunately decision maker (I report into Chairman) is not willing to appreciate the market trends. Lot of changes in the organisation basically working against my interests. For the first time in my career spanning twenty five years I have kept my cool with the belief that I will get a break around November. In the past whenever the work environment turned negative I have either changed jobs or taken a break. Quite sensitive to work ethics and environment.

Also contemplating to partner my brother who is into real estate in India. First hand experiencing how Saturn in tenth house can dampen the spirits by creating a very negative work environment! Only silver lining throughout my career has been very little direct opposition from superiors however plenty of behind the scene activities!!! Will I get a break (change job) when Saturn moves into my eleventh house? Can I join my brother & his partners in construction business by relocating to India? Appreciate your help.

You are running Sadhe Sati. From 2nd Nov onwards Saturn in Moon sign Scorpio may not be very benefic. Venus in Vipreet Raj Yoga will give you benefic results after a struggle in its Mahadasha.

Keep on praying to Lord Hanuman, so that you will keep on getting positive results although after a struggle.

In Saturn Mahadasha you can move back to India for real estate. However, in this transit you may have to take long-distance travel either abroad or within India. This transit is benefic for your business.

Since April you have been running Mars and then Rahu Ptayantars. Although they are very well placed, they aspect each other and hence are causing problems for you. Your situation will improve from 28th of November from Jupiter Pratyantar onwards.

Well a little update from my side. I haven't been involved in a lot of things at present just meeting people who will be my future course mates and flat mates. So far it has been good. They are sort of laid back people. Although connected through social media only so far but again it's totally unpredictable. Any comments on social life Saindhaviji? Apart from the generic observations on Rahu MD which are sort of unsupportive for social life, will that be my case as well?
PS: I am not worried about that visa thing anymore since it's not a 100% denial for sure and it's not a problem with my financials or anything else. It's just mere attendance issue in college and tbh, I can't just think about negative things all day long.

Here is a list of events from the past 1.5 yrs.

Jan - apr 2013 - workwise i could complete a tough project in office successfully.

May/jun 2013 - was promoted in my current job (but unhappy with wagehike)

Jul 2013 - feb 2014 - another tough project successfully completed at office.

Feb 2014 - may 2014 - fathers health was not good (hospitalized in may for a week)

Jun 2014 - got a top performer rating with bonus (again unhappy with wages)

During the period from jan13 - jun14 - lost some money in speculation in stock market

In the interim i had been trying to appear for gmat to pursue studies abroad but failed at it miserably.

Do i have a chance of a mba abroad in usa starting fall 2015 and possible job abroad post mba.

Last 3 years of shani transit have been tough. I have had to work very hard for everything. Nothing has come easy for me. Please advise what you see for me going forward.

Since July 14 , in a difficult phase. August is particularly bad. But hope things will look up soon. Very scared of Sade satti. My Sun -Sat period from July 13 to Dec 13 was suicidal but somehow kept my cool and sailed through. Lot of thansit activity going on in my 8th house. Preparing for a competitive exam to be taken in Nov. God help all Sagittarians.

Transit of Jupiter and Rahu: I feel disconnected with the world and strongly connected to God. I feel very disillusioned, too. I am not that emotional as I used to be when Rahu was in my ascendant. The only negative is my tolerance level has dropped considerably, and I lose my temper at the drop of a hat, but that in respect to worldly matters only.
